Whiteley Bus Lane (Yew Tree Drive)

The bus priority route at Yew Tree Drive, which links Yew Tree Drive with the A3051 Botley Road, has created an alternative emergency access point for the Whiteley estate. Rising bollards that are used to control access to this route, which had been lowered for all traffic to use during the recent adverse weather conditions, have now returned to normal operation restricting access to non-authorised vehicles.  The bollards will be lowered again for all traffic in the event of severe weather to help keep traffic moving.

We have made our CCTV coverage available for the public to view the current status of the Yew tree Drive Bus Link bollards (available weekdays 7am - 7pm).
